Personalized consultation and plan
Each session begins with a short consultation to identify your priorities, target areas, and any concerns. We use that conversation to design a treatment plan for the 60-minute appointment, choosing and sequencing modalities only after hearing what matters most to you.
Because this service is a focused, one-hour visit, the plan prioritizes one or two areas rather than full-body work. That makes it well suited to busy Fairfax professionals and students who need efficient appointments that fit around commutes and local schedules.
How technologies are combined
Your practitioner may select from Infinity Endermologie®, Venus Nova, EndoLux Pro, LipoMax Sculpt, lymphatic drainage, and red light therapy. Each tool is chosen and adjusted to address specific aims such as cellulite smoothing, skin firming, body contouring, fluid reduction, muscle tone or recovery.
Modalities are combined to complement one another—mechanical stimulation, suction, therapeutic light, and manual lymphatic techniques can be sequenced to support the day’s plan. The clinician adjusts intensity and focus based on comfort and immediate tissue response, without promising a particular outcome.
What to expect during session
Arrive on time for your 60-minute session; expect a brief intake, focused treatment, and a short wrap-up. Sensations vary by device and area—from gentle pressure and warmth to pulsed light. We maintain your comfort and modesty throughout and tailor pressure and settings to your feedback.
Aftercare may include light hydration, gentle movement, or at-home suggestions to support lymphatic flow. Many clients schedule follow-ups during April–June to prepare for warmer weather and summer plans, but frequency is determined by your goals and how your body responds.
